天固公司“有色金屬材料設備工藝研究所”焊接實驗室可根據用戶的產品性能設備和焊接手法及產品質量要求開發研制特殊釬焊材料，制定釬焊工藝。公司多次參與制冷行業釬焊工藝的改進，公司自行研制的中溫。銅磷錫、非晶態焊片和膏狀材料，可替代高銀釬料釬焊不銹鋼，碳鋼、紫銅、黃銅，為用戶提高產品質量，創造了較好的經濟效益。
